- Moderate permissions are granted based on "Group" by assigning users and forums.
- Top forum permission rights will propagate to all of it's sub-forums
(hierarchically all the way from top to bottom).
- Permissions can start from any point (forum node) within the hierarchy level.
- Same user can be assigned to more than one "Permission Groups".
- Private topics (one to one) can be made hidden to moderators to protect user privacy.
