The support covers assistance of:

4. Fixing bugs

By "assistance" we mean pointing you directions, without uploading, editing or installing your files.

What Support Does Not Cover

The support does not cover assistance of:

1. 3rd party module installation or troubleshooting
2. Customization on PHP, HTML, Javascript, CSS, or any other source codes
3. Any kind of computer (PC or Server) hardware/software related issues
